I had a great stay at this hotel in Hanoi. the location can be a bit intimidating at first, as it is tucked away down an alleyway, but it turned out to be right in the middle of the old quarter, which was fantastic. Secondly, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, going out of their way to assist me with any requests I had. Lastly, the room was spacious and luxurious, with two queen beds that provided exceptional comfort. I found the hotel to be a great value for money, with excellent service, basic amenities, and a delicious breakfast selection to start the day.
Nothing to complain about, everything was okay.

The hotel was okay for a budget traveler, with clean rooms and a good shower. The location was also good, with many restaurants and street food nearby. We could easily walk to the lake and see the local people passing by. , the breakfast was delicious, with many fruit options and a menu with both Asian and western breakfast options.
The walls of the hotel were so thin that we could hear everything going on outside, from traffic noise to people talking and walking. It was almost impossible to sleep well during our city break.

We stayed at this hotel close to the dong xuan market and all the major landmarks. It was down an alley which was overwhelming at times, but once we reached the hotel, we were welcomed with clean, spacious rooms and excellent service. the breakfast was a highlight of our stay, with plenty of delicious options to choose from. the staff was always courteous and helpful, and the hotel also arranged hassle-free tours for us. An excellent choice for those looking for comfortable accommodations in a central location.
The hotel rooms were not sound proof, and we could hear some noise from outside.
